Woodridge Mutual Water and Property Owners Corporation is its own water system provider and operator.  The water system provides water to all residential lots in Woodridge Lake Estates in addition to providing service to our commercial neighbors that include the Shingletown Library, Shingletown Medical Center, and the commercial building on Highway 44.


It is our mission to provide reliable and high-quality water to our community – safely, cost-effectively, and professionally.

 Lake Clean up Day on Sunday May 25th at 9am


Our Fall/3rd Quarter Board Meeting is TBD


As of 5/21/25 we advise you to take your own caution regarding entry to the lake. Our test results for surface water came back at a 17. They noted that the “analyte NOT DETECTED at or above the detection limit.” While it did test positive for a small amount of contamination, it is significantly under the unsafe limits (see below).


“The US EPA recommends that the body-contact of recreational water should be fewer than 200 colonies/100 mL, and for fishing and boating, it should be fewer than 1000 colonies/100 mL.
